Blonde Ale

ABV 5.4% | IBU 15 | SRM 5

A fair-haired blonde wanders in search of something refreshing, but her taste is particular. The nearby waterfall is too bubbly, the enchanted lake is too warm. Hmm, finally, this is just right.

FLAVOR PROFILE

This easy-drinker is a great introduction into the craft brewing world, with light hop and malt characteristics. The balanced and clean profile makes this one a no-brainer.

India pale ale

ABV 5.8% | IBU 57 | SRM 7

The legend of the Swan Pig began on a sun-soaked lakeside, where beauty and beast collided  to create Swiggy. Swiggy relishes attention and the few who spot her are rewarded with good luck and fair fortunes.

FLAVOR PROFILE

This is an easy drinking American Grapefruit IPA. The aroma and flavor of this beer favors hop contributions over the malt contributions. With a lighter perceived bitterness, this IPA is a great beer to enjoy anytime.

pale ale

ABV 5.5% | IBU 41 | SRM 6

Webster wasn’t shy of betting or jumping. When his neighbors bet a party in his honor he couldn’t jump to a passing ship from shore, he leapt at it. The ship kept going and so did the party.

FLAVOR PROFILE

This single-hop (Citra), slightly creamy American Pale Ale favors the hop contributions with strong grapefruit, lime, and bright orange characteristics.

pecan porter

ABV 5.2% | IBU 30 | SRM 40

A bird promised a pecan tree she’d never leave, but a coming ice storm scared her away. Heartbroken, the tree was about to bud when she came back to warn him. The storm passed and she kept her word.

FLAVOR PROFILE

This beer is stylistically an American Porter brewed with pecans roasted in Bear King’s own kitchen. The pecans contribute a roasty, almost smoky, character to this tasty Porter.

HEFEWEIZEN

ABV 5.8% | IBU 15 | SRM 5

Few dare cross the Monkey Bridge. Maybe it’s because a circus train full of mischievous monkeys overturned there. Or maybe it’s because they still live in the forest nearby, playing tricks on passersby.

FLAVOR PROFILE

This style has a distinct banana character with hints of clove. The dry finish, full mouthfeel, and high carbonation makes this beer another one of our very easy drinkers.

BLACK RYE IPA

ABV 6.8% | IBU 60 | SRM 37

If you’ve ever had an idea that “just came to you,” he was there. He’s always talking about his brilliant ideas to any who will listen, but what happens if you don’t give credit where credit’s due?

FLAVOR PROFILE

The rye used in this ale adds the distinct rye flavor, slight spiciness and drying character with notes of roasty, chocolate and coffee flavors.

AMERICAN STRONG ALE

ABV 6.5% | IBU 50 | SRM 12

Years ago, an old soothsayer cursed the town of Bull, TX for their lies. Soon a stampede of cattle with a dust storm in tow wiped the town off the map. Today, when met with an obvious lie, your gut response is the name of that little town.

FLAVOR PROFILE

The malt character in this ale is largely caramel and toffee forward with hints of nut and raisin. The hops lend components of citrus, pine, and pleasant earthy herbal characters.

NEW ENGLAND IPA

ABV 6.0% | IBU 55 | SRM 7

The fog rolls in on the blood moon and rolls out just as quickly. If you’re lucky, when you stare into its void you might see everything you’ve ever wanted. If you’re not, you might never see again.

FLAVOR PROFILE

The late and dry hopping methods give this approachable IPA a huge tropical fruit and citrus flavor and aroma. The "soft" bitterness from this brew sets itself apart from the classic West Coast IPAs.

RASPBERRY ALE

ABV 6.5% | IBU 15 | SRM 13

There once was a girl named Heidi,
with the beauty of fair Aphrodite.
She grew raspberries wild
Said “I do” with a smile,
then fled with a dowry quite tidy.

FLAVOR PROFILE

This is a fruit ale with a malty rich and sweet caramel baseline balanced with fruity and citrus notes in the background.

MAPLE AMBER ALE

ABV 5.6% | IBU 36 | SRM 14

Without the goddess, the squirrels would not have survived the winter. Taking pity on them, she filled the maple trees of the forest with Amberosia. Food of the Gods. Sweet and plentiful, the syrup was a godsend. Until it wasn’t…

FLAVOR PROFILE

This easy drinking Amber brings rich notes of caramel sweetness with a light hint of nuttiness. With 5 gallons of Maple Syrup added during fermentation, the mild dryness at the end keeps you coming back to wet your whistle.

Double India Pale Ale

ABV 8.2% | IBU 80 | SRM 12

Jimmy was a good fella and a good guy. Everybody liked him, but he was always sad to just be Jimmy. ‘Till one day Pretty Paulie says, “Why you always starin’ at your shoes? Yous got two of em, just like the rest of us.”

FLAVOR PROFILE

This heavy hitter goes down easy with sweet malty and caramel notes. The citrus, honeysuckle, and grapefruit from the hops are complimented nicely
by the mild earthy and pine undertones
